FORMAL NOTICES:

The Town of Rock Board and Town of Rock Zoning Commission have approved the following variance requests contingent upon required 10-day posted notice with no objections:

Ryan Carolfi regarding the ability to build a fifth house in a mile.  The property is located on the intersection of MacArthur Drive and Robin Road.  Ryan Carolfi owns two adjoining parcels in the Township, #1600165 and #160068.  The road frontage that is available on MacArthur Drive is 945 ft and the road frontage on Robin Road is 2,600 feet.  The request is being made with the intent to build the house on the MacArthur Drive portion due to the adjoining parcel being considered wetlands and not suitable for building.  The minimum road frontage required for the fifth house is easily obtained as the roadway frontage of the parcel to be built on totals 2,230 feet.

Sam Kayhart regarding the ability to build a fifth house in a mile.  The property is located on the SE corner of the intersection of Eisenhower Drive and County Hwy B.  Sam Kayhart owns parcel #1600226.  The road frontage available on Eisenhower Drive is 1,285 feet.  The request is being made with the intent to build the house with the driveway being established on Eisenhower Drive instead of County Hwy B, for safety reasons.  The minimum road frontage for the fifth house is easily obtained.

Pete & Kim Winistorfer regarding the ability to build a shed within the current setback requirements per the zoning ordinance.  The request is being made with the intent to build a 28’ x 32’ building to be utilized as a garage.  The proposed building will be approximately 25’ M.O.L. from the west property line of the adjoining property.  Signatures were acquired from all neighboring property owners stating no objection to the proposed project.
